- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from receiving signals or accessing our services, you are eligible for a refund.
- Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly (duplicate charges, wrong amount, unauthorized charges), we will issue a refund immediately upon verification.
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver signals or services as promised, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.
- Payment Disputes: If your payment was declined and you were still charged, we will refund the duplicate charge.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following scenarios are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Trading Losses: Refunds are not provided because you experienced trading losses. Trading signals are not guaranteed, and market prices move unexpectedly. See our Risk Disclaimer for important information about trading risks.
- Change of Mind (After 7-Day Period): After the 7-day trial period, refunds cannot be issued simply because you changed your mind about using the service.
- User Error: Refunds are not provided for user errors such as entering incorrect trade quantities, using the wrong trading account, or misreading trading signals.
- Recurring Subscriptions (After Period Expires): For subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days, cancellation is available but refunds for the current period are not issued.
- Insufficient Trading Experience: Refunds are not provided because you lack trading experience or don't understand technical analysis.
- Market Conditions: Refunds are not provided because market conditions changed or you believe technical analysis is no longer valid.
- Multiple Signal Providers: If you used signals from multiple providers simultaneously and cannot determine which provider's signal caused a loss, no refund will be issued.
- Non-Compliance: If you violated our Terms of Service or engaged in prohibited activities, refunds may be denied.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Payment Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
- Bank Processing: Your bank may take an additional 1-3 business days to credit your account
- Total Timeline: Expect the refund to appear in your account within 10-15 business days from the initial request
6. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refunds
Cancellation (No Refund):
You can cancel your subscription anytime without penalty. Once canceled:
- Your current billing period will complete
- You will not be charged again
- Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No refund is issued for the remainder of your current billing period
Refund (Special Circumstances):
Refunds are only issued in special circumstances outlined in this policy, primarily within 7 days of purchase or for technical/billing issues.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Technical Outages: If our service was unavailable for a significant portion of your billing period, you may receive a prorated refund.
- Mid-Period Issues: If you request a refund after the 7-day trial period but before your billing period ends, a prorated refund may be issued.
- Billing Errors: For overcharges or duplicate charges, only the excess amount will be refunded.
8. Refund Deductions
In certain circumstances, small deductions may be made from refunds:
- Payment Processing Fees: Some payment processors charge a small fee for refunds. We may deduct this fee (typically $0.50-$2.00) from refunds.
- Subscription Days Used: For refunds issued after the 7-day trial period, a small daily prorated deduction may apply based on days of service used.
- Service Abuse: If you used our service extensively within a short period (e.g., accessing every signal and then requesting a refund), a reasonable deduction for service consumed may be made.
9. Payment Method Refunds
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund credited to the card used for purchase
- PayPal: Refund returned to PayPal account
- Bank Transfer: Refund returned to the bank account used for purchase
- Other Payment Methods: Refund issued according to that payment method's standard procedures
We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or as credits to different accounts.
10. Taxation of Refunds

11. Resubscription After Refund
After receiving a refund:
- You may resubscribe to our service at any time
- A new 7-day trial period applies if you resubscribe within 30 days of the refund
- The original 7-day trial period is not extended or carried forward
- You may not repeatedly receive refunds by resubscribing and requesting refunds
12. Disputed Refunds
If we deny your refund request and you disagree with the decision:

- Your case will be reviewed by our management team
- You will receive a written response within 7 days
- We will make a final determination which is binding
13. Chargeback and Dispute Prevention
We strongly encourage you to work with us directly for refund requests rather than filing chargebacks or disputes with your payment processor or credit card company because:
- Direct requests are resolved faster
- You avoid payment processor fees
- Direct resolution is more transparent and fair
- Chargebacks may result in account closure
If you file a chargeback after we have approved a refund, your account will be permanently closed and you will not be eligible for future subscriptions.
14. Service Level Guarantees
While we cannot guarantee trading profitability, we do guarantee:
- Signals will be delivered daily during USA market hours
- Signals will include entry points, stops, and targets
- Professional technical analysis methodology
- Responsive customer support
- No hidden fees or surprise charges
If we fail to meet these guarantees, refunds may be available even outside normal refund windows.
15. Special Circumstances
We reserve the right to issue refunds in special circumstances not outlined in this policy, including:
- Extended service outages beyond our control
- Extraordinary technical issues
- Force majeure events
- Other circumstances we deem appropriate
